§ I — About

From skilling India
to convening the world.

Parul currently serves as a member of BRICS, hosting and curating international forums that bring together policymakers, industry leaders, and civil society across Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa.

Her platform builds on a formative chapter at the National Skill Development Corporation, where as Head of Government Relations & International Advocacy she architected MoUs with Ganpat University, the Institute of Design and Technology, Podar Eduspace, and Maruti Suzuki — translating ministerial vision into delivery.

Today she carries that operating instinct — quiet diplomacy, sharp briefs, calm rooms — into the multilateral arena, while continuing to produce short documentary films on Indian heritage and civic restoration.

Discipline

Multilateral convening, policy advocacy, stakeholder hosting
